Fiber Arts Gallery

This ongoing exhibit features more than fifty separate pieces of my original gourd art. Including twining, tapestry weaving, couching, coiling, pine needle weaving, and woodburning. New pieces are continually added.

Basket Day
  Columbia Basin Basket Guild

Date and time: Saturday, August 16, 2025. 9 am—12 pm PT

Location: Jane’s garage, 16110 SW Queen Victoria Place, King City, Oregon

Maximum number of students: 12

Instructor: Jane Wilson

Tools students should bring to class: cordless drill, scissors, an apron, pencil, wet ones

Description: In this class, you will learn to design, cut, clean, sand, paint, and embellish a 6” gourd. You will share drills, mini jig saws, sanding balls, and other tools. All painting supplies will be provided. Your kit includes a raw gourd, thread, needles, drill bit, push point, Philodendron leaf, and other natural embellishments. You should be able to complete your project in class.
