About the event
We will be using an article in the Gourd Magazine as our guide as we explore how the TransTint dye reacts on gourd.
TransTint dye is a highly concentration dye used on wood. Diluted with Denatured alcohol it can be used as a gourd dye. Because of the expense and messiness mixing the dye the dye will be premixed. Your kit will have 6 colors of premixed dye in 2 oz. containers, one 2 oz. container of alcohol. Each kit will cost $20. We need an RSVP to know how many kits to make.
